Food is important. So with that, admittedly pretty obvious statement, in mind we've asked just some of Harrogate's master chefs to come up with their favourite recipes. We've also slackened our belts for food reviews at Harrogate's only combined conveyor belt sushi and tepanyaki restaurant Akira and Hoopers well-established restaurant, where local produce has really come into its own. You might want to make sure you're not too hungry before turning to page 12 for our 10 page special, sure to whet your appetite for all the awesome food that our town has to offer.
Apart from that we've got the latest on what's going on in Knaresborough as part of the town's annual arts and entertainment festival FEVA, as well as travel features on London and County Durham, in case you fancy getting away for a weekend.
